The True Source of Profit: Why Small Returns Don’t Equal Low Risk(8:00 PM – 8:45 PM)
Maxim Nozin
About the speaker: Maxim Nozin is the Managing Director at Well Done Partners, a company that leverages advanced artificial intelligence to analyze large volumes of data and generate actionable investment insights. The firm specializes primarily in Biotechnology and Artificial Intelligence, applying an AI-driven approach to identify high-potential market opportunities. Over the past three years, this strategy has delivered an average annual return of 65%.
Before joining Well Done Partners, Maxim led representative offices of Swiss asset management firms. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in three of Russia’s largest banks, working extensively with high-net-worth clients. He graduated from Saint Petersburg Mining University with a degree in Analysis and Audit.
Session overview: Many investors associate modest returns with safety and higher returns with excessive risk — but in reality, the relationship is often far more complex.
In this session, Maxim Nozin will challenge conventional assumptions about risk and profitability, explaining why apparently conservative returns do not always mean lower risk, and why real investment performance depends on a deeper understanding of market structure, asset selection, and timing.
Drawing on his experience in AI-driven investment analysis, he will share insights into where profit truly comes from, how professional investors assess opportunity, and why disciplined positioning matters more than comfortable-looking numbers.
